We are looking for a skilled Concrete Finisher to join our construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for smoothing and finishing freshly poured concrete surfaces to ensure they are durable, level, and visually appealing. You will work closely with other team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards and adhering to safety regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and finish concrete surfaces including floors, sidewalks, driveways, and slabs.
- Use hand tools and power tools to smooth, level, and texture concrete.
- Monitor concrete curing process and apply finishing techniques accordingly.
- Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following company and regulatory safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with other trades and team members to complete projects on time.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Finisher or similar role.
- Knowledge of concrete materials, mixing, and finishing methods.
- Ability to operate finishing tools and equipment safely.
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship.
- Physically fit to perform manual labor in outdoor conditions.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
