Responsibilities:
- Assist carpenters with cutting, measuring, and assembling materials.
- Carry and organize tools, equipment, and supplies on site.
- Prepare and clean work areas, removing debris and ensuring safety.
- Follow instructions accurately and support the carpentry team in various tasks.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in construction or carpentry is an asset but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions.
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools preferred.
